Welcome to the Spokane Valley

When Spokane Valley incorporated in March 2013, it instantly became the 10th largest city in Washington state with a population of just under 96,000 residents. The family-friendly city uniquely benefits from its nearby endless opportunities to hike, bicycle, ski and enjoy numerous water sports on the river – all without venturing too far from great restaurants and retail shopping.

Spokane Valley Community

One of the greatest features many homeowners enjoy in the Valley are larger parcels than the typical smaller residential parcels (6,000-8,000 sqft) found in more dense cities.  This allows families to spread out and enjoy the space, give their pets room to run, and perhaps even build shops or rental/in-law living space.

The Spokane Valley hosts many fun events to include the minor league baseball Spokane Indians, the Spokane County Interstate Fair, and Valleyfest.  Shopping is also abundant in the Valley, particularly at the spacious Spokane Valley Mall.

Some of the communities and neighborhoods that make up the Spokane Valley are Chester, City of Spokane Valley, Dishman-Mica, East Farms, East Valley, Greenacres, Newman Lake, Opportunity, Otis Orchards, Peone Prairie, Saltese, Trentwood and Veradale.

Public and Private Schools:  Central Valley School District, East Valley School District, Valley Christian School, St. John Vianney School, The Oaks Classical Christian Academy
